Aboriginal Patients' Lodge

PRSA was the design architect for Canada’s first Aboriginal Patient’s Lodge. It was awarded a CMHC Best Practice Award in 2006 and a U.N. Good Practice Award in 2008. It is an urban non-profit 3-storey, 22-unit social housing apartment building for Lu’ma Native BCH Housing Society, located in East Vancouver. PRSA was responsible for schematic design, design development, supervision, and coordination of working drawings and tendering. AMU Architects completed all working drawings and contract administration for the project on contract assignment from PRSA.
